jillibb Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jillibb," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jillibb online gaming platform, accessible at https://jillibb.com, and its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jillibb platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the jillibb platform, through which the player accesses games and services.
• "Platform" means the jillibb website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming services, tools, and features available at https://jillibb.com.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, poker variants, esports betting markets, and any other wagering products offered on the jillibb platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a player's jillibb account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jillibb before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where online gambling is illegal or where jillibb is not authorized to offer its services.

By accessing the jillibb platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jillibb platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jillibb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To register and use the jillibb platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must be accessing jillibb from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jillibb is legal in your location.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jillibb or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jillibb or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on jillibb, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to maintain only one (1) active jillibb account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. jillibb reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings derived from duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillibb login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. jillibb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jillibb immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jillibb is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal — or at any time jillibb deems necessary — you may be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on jillibb are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jillibb accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to availability. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

jillibb does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

jillibb reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if jillibb has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use jillibb for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming. The use of jillibb accounts for money transfers, currency exchange, or any financial transaction unrelated to gaming is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

jillibb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds have a validity period. Any unused bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds that remain at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• jillibb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

All games available on the jillibb platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, Joker Poker, and esports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

jillibb uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jillibb's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any disputed game round. jillibb will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and fairly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillibb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the jillibb platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jillibb games or systems
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the jillibb platform's technical infrastructure
• Using the jillibb platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Accessing jillibb from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillibb staff, live dealers, or other players
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from exploiting a known bug are void and will be reversed
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your jillibb account

All content on the jillibb platform — including but not limited to the jillibb brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jillibb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jillibb platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jillibb content without prior written authorization
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jillibb content
• Use the jillibb brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jillibb platform

Any unauthorized use of jillibb's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillibb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jillibb platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond jillibb's reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the jillibb platform, including game odds, RTP figures, or promotional terms
• Interruption or suspension of services due to scheduled maintenance, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events

jillibb's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillibb's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jillibb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on jillibb, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized gaming experiences.

jillibb will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

jillibb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

jillibb provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jillibb account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and your net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the jillibb platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access any jillibb services.

13.1 Closure by Player

You may close your jillibb account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by jillibb

jillibb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of a minor

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, jillibb reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, jillibb may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

jillibb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jillibb will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file or through a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jillibb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jillibb, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. jillibb is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with jillibb's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
